HMG Hospitality was highly recommended by Hilton, Corp. as the management company to assist the hotel owner with the design, development, and opening of a new hotel property. Our team successfully opened the hotel with accolades from the Hilton brand and an above market share occupancy and ADR.

This iconic resort was dormant for years when HMG Hospitality was hired to implement a repositioning strategy. Within 18 months, HMG brought in an experienced management team, introduced efficient operating and reservations systems, and restored the resort to its former glory as a premier luxury destination.

Full-Service Hotel, West Coast

HMG Hospitality assembled an investor group to purchase a distressed property. HMG led the renovation efforts and established a management team to expertly operate the hotel until it was sold in 2015. During this time, occupancy increased from 40% to 76% and ADR from $56 to $134 at sale. Gross revenue also rose to the 18 million level from 6.5 million at purchase.
